Car moi, je vais courir, tout va bien, et qd je termine ma course, la douleur arrive, et la ca dure entre une demi journée et 2 jours, et ca s'en va, mais des que je recours ca recommence apres la course :/
J'ai beau m'étirer avant, apres la course, boire, mais je ne sais pas :/
J'ai aussi lu que ca pouvait venir d'une foulée supinatrice, est-ce vrai?
Bref, beaucoup de questions qui trottent dans la tete, on pense que ca n'arrive qu'aux autres, on est en pleine forme, et hop ca tombe dessus sans prevenir :)

Repos, repos , repos....
J'ai beaucoup tendinité cet automne : ça a commencé au 15ème km d'une course de 20km, et j'ai fini en forçant malgré la douleur : c'était une erreur, j'ai eu du mal à marcher le lendemain, et douleur pendant une petite semaine.
Cette tendinite était due à des chaussures mal adaptées (j'ai quand même couru 200 km avec pour en être bien convaincu).
Maintenant quand je sens un tendon se manifester en cours de footing, c'est MTP, étirements et retour en trotinnant à 6min au km.
Ben pour le moment le probleme c'etait que la douleur n'apparaissait pas en course, mais a l'arret apres la course :/
Enfin bon, pour le moment ouais je me repose en attendant d'aller voir un medecin, et faudra eventuellement que je vois pour de nouvelles chaussures, j'en ai vu quelques unes sympas en soldes, super legeres, mais bon faudra voir ca en détail apres :D
Mais la y'a des trucs valables, des chaussures a 100-120€ qui passent a 70€, ca devient plus correct :)
Ah, les chaussures légères, super amorties, et en solde... ça me rappelle les chaussures que j'ai acheté en Aout à 50€ au lieu de 100€, et qui m'ont tendinité au possible !
Ben ouais ca aussi ca m'embete, c'est pour ca que je n'achete pas pour le moment, tant que je ne suis pas sur que ce soit la bonne paire :)
Ca ne me dérange pas de mettre 90-100€ dans des chaussures, mais seulement si je suis sur qu'elles seront vraiment biens :)

J'ai aussi eu ce problème et voici ce que j'ai fait pour le résoudre:
1. stretching avant, pendant au besoin et après chaque course.
2. ne pas courir toujours du même côté de la route.
3. si tu cours sur une piste, cours sur la piste la plus à l'extérieur
4. semelle orthopédique
5. visite chez l'ostéo qui pourra détecter un éventuel déséquilibre statique.
Une suggestion pas cher et sûre est d'acheter des adidas en solde chez déca ou autre (il y en a dans les 60-80€ en ce moment dans les pointures courantes), et de profiter de l'opération Test Run 28 pour les renvoyer si elles ne conviennent pas.
Evidemment ce n'est pas ce que je fait, perso je garde mes vieilles chaussures jusqu'à ce que j'ai assez de sous dans la tirelire pour en acheter une paire "sérieuse" :-)
